Parents and babysitters agree childcare fees and payment arrangements directly with each other. JungleZone does not collect or hold payments for childcare services. Any platform fee charged by JungleZone is solely for access to platform features.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain full access to platform features until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. JungleZone Connect Ltd complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We process personal data solely to operate the platform and never sell your personal information.

You can report suspected misuse, inappropriate behaviour or concerns through our reporting facilities or by contacting support@junglezone.uk. JungleZone reviews reports regarding platform conduct, but does not act as an adjudicator of private childcare disputes.
