3. No Employment Relationship

• • Babysitters are self-employed
• • No employment or partnership is created
• • All arrangements are directly between users

4. User Responsibilities

Babysitters:

• • Legal right to work
• • Tax & insurance responsibility
• • Accurate profile

Parents:

• • Perform their own checks
• • Pay babysitters directly
• • Maintain insurance

5. Payments

• • We do not process payments
• • Payments are direct between users
• • We are not responsible for disputes

6. Subscriptions & Fees

• • Some features require subscription
• • No guarantee of bookings
• • Fees are non-refundable (legal exceptions apply)
• • Auto-renewal may apply

7. No Guarantee

• • Availability of babysitters
• • Suitability of users
• • Bookings or income
• • Uninterrupted access

8. Limitation of Liability

• • We are not responsible for user actions
• • Not liable for damages or disputes
• • Liability limited to last 3 months fees

9. Account Suspension
